TERMS OF SERVICE

Payment with PayPal (USD) only!

All payments are upfront.

I require a clear character reference! Additional refs like compositions, poses and any ideas are welcome too but they are not mandatory.

If you do have a deadline, please let me know beforehand.

I will start working only once the payment has been sent.

I will be open for contact and messages all throught the commission. You are allowed to ask for as many revisions as you'd like.

After the sketch has been approved, I will not accept any big changes to the artwork.

Please try to be understanding and respectful of the timezone difference and the time required to finish the artwork. Big, complicated projects can take up to over 4-5 months due to my health and college work.

After the final product has been finished and approved, I will send you a link do a Google Drive with full artwork in a PNG format and if requested, a PSD file as well.

As an artist I own the right to the artworks I produce.

You may purchase commercial rights to the commission and it will always be additional 300% of the orginal price.

After buying the rights to my artwork, you are allowed to change and edit it however you want, use it in any media such as covers, merch, props etc.

Please be mindful, that credit to the artist is still required, even if altered.

I DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS

After any type of chargeback without my prior knowledge I will have the right to take back the ownership of my work and will be able to sell it to others. I will also document this and warn other artist from taking any commissions.
